Board of Directors

Board members serve two-year terms, with an option for their term to be renewed for one or two years beyond that. Board members are asked to do their best to complete their term, and stay on while we find a replacement if they are not able to complete their term.

The Board meets the second Sunday of every month at 6 pm at the Robert Trail Library.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Concessions & Fundraising: This board position is shared by TWO dedicated individuals who work together to: Coordinate concessions for the Shamrock Showdown and fall ball season, organize and execute fundraising events that support our teams and programs, and ensure smooth operations and plenty of snacks for our players, families, and fans! These volunteers play a big part in creating fun, successful experiences for our softball community. Please inquire if you are interested.
