Age is determined by birthday on or before January 1 in the year of the Fall season. Proof of age is required to participate in tournaments.
8U and 10U Play on Saturdays, 12U and 14U Play on Sundays
Equipment: Bases, balls and catcher's equipment (supplies limited) provided. Players must purchase their own batting helmet (which MUST be a Rip-It Vision Pro: Gloss-Home-Navy), glove, cleats (non-metal), bat, and sliding pad/sliding shorts. Defensive face masks are highly recommended but not mandatory.
Volunteer Requirements: Parents in all age groups (8U thru 14U) are required to work a set amount of hours at one of the Rosemount hosted tournaments (potentially including Tri-County States.) In 2019, this requirement was 7.5 hours per child in the program. The requirement for the upcoming Fall Season has not yet been determined. To ensure the hours are worked, all parents are required to provide a 'volunteer' check in the amount of $300 per child. A volunteer check is required for your daughter to participate in traveling softball activities but will NOT be cashed if the required volunteer hours are completed.
